As a former Division I college athlete, seasoned business advisor, and attorney, he’s helped hundreds of leaders and organizations build clarity, discipline, and culture that wins. He does not just coach leadership—he lives it, partnering with companies to create real movement, lasting behavior change, and measurable results.

Bailey is the brain behind the core learning design of the Steer Lab—translating big ideas into focused practice, reflection, and performance. With deep experience in leadership development, coaching systems, and strategic organizational work, she helps ensure every module moves leaders from knowing to doing.

A licensed psychologist, sport psychology expert, and mindfulness practitioner, Carly brings the mental edge to the Steer Lab. With a PhD in Counseling Psychology and years working with high-performing individuals and teams, she helps leaders strengthen mindset, emotional agility, and self-awareness through integrative and science-backed practices.

Amy Larkin is a seasoned executive and strategic advisor with 25+ years of experience scaling teams and building high-performance cultures. She played a key role in Under Armour’s rise from startup to global brand and now brings that same real-world insight to shaping Steer Lab’s leadership content. Amy helps ensure every lesson is grounded in what it takes to lead and grow in the real world.
