Is there a certificate of completion?

Yes. You will earn a Steer Lab Certificate of Completion once you finish all modules and reflections—a badge of your growth and commitment to high-performance leadership.

Is the course accredited?

Not yet. While the Steer Lab is not formally accredited, it is grounded in proven leadership science and practical frameworks. Many organizations count it toward internal professional development hours.

How long do I have access to the course?

You will get 12 months of access to every module and tool—giving you time to revisit, refresh, and keep sharpening your skills.
